TEMPLATE — PROFESSIONAL REVIEW REQUIRED

1. Zones and charges Local city $5, regional $10, nationwide $15. Delivery is free on orders over $100 after discounts.

2. Timing Estimated windows are shown at checkout by zone. Orders placed after 3pm are picked the next working day.

3. Pickup Where a pickup location is offered you may collect in person during the posted hours.

4. Failed deliveries If a delivery fails we record the exception, alert our team and contact you to rearrange.

5. Tracking A tracking reference appears on your order page as soon as the parcel leaves us.
